If you are having trouble remembering your login information, you can reset your password using the email address used to create your Odigia account.
If you do not know, or cannot access, the email address used to create your Odigia account, please contact your Local Administrator.
The email address used to create your account is your username. Odigia passwords must be at least six characters long, and it must contain at least one uppercase, one lowercase, and one numeric character.
- Click on the "forgot password" link located at the bottom of the login dropdown.
- Enter your email address, and we'll send you an email with instructions to reset your password (if you do not see the email, please check your spam folder).
- Clicking the "Reset" button will bring you to the reset page--you may choose to have your new password sent to your inbox for reference. Open the email, and click the "Reset" button.
