Odigia course sessions will time out if no activity is detected for 60 minutes. If you receive a time out session message, please log back into your Odigia account. In most cases, all assignment answers are auto-saved so all student data should be preserved.
We strongly recommend that you regularly save your assignments, especially when completing quizzes and tests in Odigia. Clicking the Save button on the assignment will help to preserve your progress.
If you are not able to connect to your course and you receive this Timeout Session message, please read the following:
Sometimes your browser settings and caching can affect the connection between Odigia and your LMS (Blackboard, Canvas or other LMS).
To resolve the issue, we need you to follow the recommendations listed below and MAKE SURE YOU DON'T SKIP ANY of the steps.
