If your instructor has added a due date to an Odigia assignment, you will be sent an email three days prior to the due date which will prompt you to submit the assignment.
If you have already submitted the assignment, then you should not receive the email reminder.
Here is what the email will say:
You have an assignment due on ##/##/##.
To update your notification settings, please visit your profile.

Note: You may select which email notifications you want or don't want to receive. Thus, you can turn the Due Date email reminder off.
